Let's talk about releasing shit. Letting go. Release isn't a pushing away. It's a softening, so the stuff that is ready to go can slip off you. We can think of wearing our challenges like a loose garment, like a silk robe.

The tighter we hold on, gripping, the more suffering we experience.
Notice the things that you are ready to, or should, release (behaviors, ideas, things, people). Is there a struggle? Soften. If you have tight fists, soften your grip and let the fingers open gently. Again, we don't have to push them away, we are just softening the grip.
