This online course includes 50 videos detailing 50 Kundalini Yoga postures and is led by the co-author of The Kundalini Posture Manual: A Comprehensive Guide to Practicing and Teaching the Kundalini Yoga Postures.

 

The course is organized alphabetically by posture, with a detailed video and description of each posture. Whether you are a teacher or practicing yogi, this course will give you a broader understanding of modifications and cues, and help you explore the depth and possibility of each posture.
