5 DAY MOVE + MEDITATE CHALLENGE

At Rebel Human we are always exploring new ways to rewire the brain and strengthen the nervous system so that we can live with resilience, equanimity, and a sense of purpose. We find that it is not only efficient but effective to pair high intensity interval training with mindful breathing and intentional positive self-talk. Sometimes you have to get the heart rate up and get a little sweat going to clear the mind.

A meditation practice works best when it happens every day. However, on days filled with thousands of to-dos it is easy for meditation and exercise to get lost in the shuffle. With this challenge, you’ll get both a meditative practice that will help reset your thoughts, while also getting a quick cardio workout. It’s a great way to kickstart a daily practice.

The video classes are 5-10 minutes long and easy to fit in at the start of your day or whenever you need a break. If you’ve been sitting at a computer for hours, this is a great motivator to get you up and get your blood moving. You will sweat a little, so make sure you’re wearing comfy clothes.

Note: There will be jumping in this challenge, but Jenny always provides low-impact modifications.
