Workshop: Clear The Field & Set The Stage | Fri Jan 24th 9-1pm

Post-Holiday Workshop: Clear The Field & Set The Stage

Fri 1/24 9-1pm

by Jenny Arrington

After the holiday season dust settles, we can look up from the detritus and feel empty despite having a full belly. It’s the worst kind of empty. We may have just been around family, friends, and too many gifts, but somehow we feel less than whole. You aren’t alone and we can help.

This four hour workshop will help you clear out your mental and physical “baggage” and set a path that is grounded in your purpose for the new year. During the workshop Jenny Arrington will guide you through yogic practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition that are designed to help clear out the old baggage and prepare the mind, body, and spirit for meditation. Then Jenny will discuss the yogic concept of Sankalpa (an inspired intention) and lead you through several meditation techniques that will help you uncover your inspired intention. Small-group neurocoaching exercises will also be utilized to support the process of bringing your thoughts, choices, and actions into alignment for the coming year. This is a workshop of both reflection and envisioning, and you will leave with a plan for how to incorporate these insights and techniques into your daily life in a realistic way that works for you.

A light vegan lunch will be provided.

A full refund (minus the processing fee, which is 3% of the transaction amount + 30 cents) will be given for registrations that are cancelled up to 7 days before the 1st class, workshop, or event. Cancellations that occur less than 7 days before the 1st class, workshop, or event forfeit the total payment. There are no makeups for missed classes and sessions cannot be prorated.
