In this class series, you will be introduced to a rich array of powerful practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. These ancient yogic techniques—including pranayama (breathing) meditations, chanting, mantra, sound healing, and mindfulness practices—have been developed to remove the subconscious blocks that limit social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. Kundalini Yoga is an incredibly efficient technique that puts your highest self back in the driver’s seat, and you will leave each class feeling energized, balanced, and present. Throughout the course you will learn how to control your thoughts and, as a result, feel limitless, powerful, and inspired. Each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques, an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, meditation and sound healing to strengthen the nervous system and help you to harness the energy of the mind.


Wear comfortable clothing with a few layers on top and bring a yoga mat. Class is capped at 10 participants.


    A full refund (minus the processing fee, which is 3% of the transaction amount + 30 cents) will be given for registrations that are cancelled up to 7 days before the 1st class, workshop, or event. Cancellations that occur less than 7 days before the 1st class, workshop, or event forfeit the total payment. There are no makeups for missed classes and sessions cannot be prorated. If the session includes a one-on-one meeting with the instructor, this must be booked within the session dates and at the teacher’s discretion.
