Today's norms are making people sick and sad. Collectively, we have fallen into an acquisitive state and out of an inquisitive state. We don’t know how to feel our feelings because there are hundreds of tools to distract us from them.

But change is possible.

Rebel Human is here to help bring about that change.

There are proven practices that can make being human a more connected, compassionate, creative, and joy-filled experience. These practices aren’t always easy or pretty, but they are our lifeline back to our self.

It is through these practices that we learn to see the truth in our story but not be beholden to the first draft, to stay present in the discomfort but not wallow in the pain, to develop boundaries not out of fear but from an honest desire to connect authentically, and to gain the strength and clarity of purpose to do the hard thing when it's the right thing.

At Rebel Human we honor and give thanks to the sacred ancient teachings from India including the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita, and the Upanishads. We are sensitive to how these practices have been culturally appropriated, watered down, and dishonored. It is our mission to bring forth these teachings and philosophy in their entirety. While we make connections between these teachings and findings from the fields of neuroscience and acoustical physics, we do not seek to update, cherry-pick, or repackage.
