Rebel Human TV is an online digital community that brings you not only training in meditation, breathwork, and yogic practices, but also a point of view. A vision for a new way of thinking, feeling, and being in this world. While we always envisioned some type of digital community, we are jumping into this sooner than we expected. But that, in and of itself, is part and parcel of the rebel human spirit. We don't sit on the sidelines waiting for the world to come back around to our egoistic demands. We instead rise up to meet the world where it is AND steadfastly work toward a vision of the world the way we know it can be.
Rebel Human TV offers 15 NEW CLASSES LIVE each week taught by Rebel Human Co-Founder Jenny Arrington. Classes include meditation, breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, sound baths, and more. Members have UNLIMITED ACCESS to our LIVE classes and our growing ON-DEMAND library of classes. Members also have access to our online Rebel Human Forum and our Private Facebook Group. Not your typical workout, our classes help to elevate mind, body, and spirit. They are here to make being human a more authentic, creative, connected, compassionate, healthy, and joy-filled experience.
We want to bring our evidence-based offerings, rooted in ancient yogic practices (meditation, mantra, breathwork), neuroscientific research, and creative expression, to as many people as possible. We believe so deeply in this vision that we have dedicated our lives to it, pouring our creativity, financial resources, and time into it, making many sacrifices along the way.
Our membership has a cost of $150 per month. That is what it takes for us to have a self-sustaining business. However, we know not everyone can afford that, and we believe everyone should have access to these practices. We have developed Mission Value Pricing (MVP) to accommodate everyone, leave no one behind, and provide an opportunity for those who have been blessed with monetary wealth to give back to support the mission.

This lineage of yoga is harder to find because it was taught in secret for hundreds of years. It’s repetitive rather than flowy. It looks a bit "odd" and many have not tried it because of this. Getting over that initial discomfort could be one of the best decisions you ever make because this practice is incredibly powerful. Our students report that it’s life changing.
For those unfamiliar with Kundalini Yoga or just getting started, we have put together THIS VIDEO where your teacher Jenny Arrington walks you through the history, culture, and science of this practice. This Intro video and our On-Demand Beginning classes will set you up for success!
Kundalini Yoga is moving meditation that gets the endocrine system to secrete efficiently, strengthens the nervous system, builds new neural pathways, and induces powerful internal shifts. The ancient yogic techniques of Kundalini Yoga—including countless pranayama (breathing) meditations, chanting mantra out loud, thinking mantra silently, systematic movement, sound healing, and mindfulness practices—have been developed to remove the subconscious blocks that limit social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
This practice connects long deep breaths with fluid movement. It strengthens your muscles, increases flexibility, and improves balance. This class gives you the opportunity to move into positions you wouldn’t normally get into, thus improving range of motion, releasing fascia, and improving circulation. Jenny encourages a mindful practice with particular awareness of breath and anatomical cues.
Get everything done to fuel your body, mind, and spirit in one hour. You’ll get 20 minutes of high intensity cardio, 20 minutes of yoga, and 20 minutes of meditation. Every class will have a different routine of cardio, yoga sequence, and meditation. This unique class puts equal emphasis on each important tool, where most fitness classes either leave out the yoga and meditation completely, or do an ineffective, cursory version of them.
This class invites all levels and the whole family to move and breathe together. It’s a fun way to interact and learn more about each other. Along with basic yoga, some episodes will explore partner poses and some very gentle weight sharing. Each class will have a short relaxation time, savasana, with the crystal singing bowls. It will air live from 1:00-1:30, with the intention of preparing everyone for a nap. At the end of class, the whole family can stay on the floor under a blanket and take a siesta.
Meditation gives us the power to control our thoughts and manage our mental health. This is the practice that will improve cognitive function and your ability to deal with challenging situations, increase your focus and creativity, and allow you to release subconscious blocks that are stopping you from getting to the next level in your personal development. Our twenty-minute daily meditation sessions will introduce you to a wide variety of meditation techniques, tools, and practices.
If you want to experience what yoga was like thousands of years ago, Yin Yoga is for you. The name has been newly coined but the practice is ancient. The poses are all on the ground, and held from 3-10 minutes with a focus on stillness and meditation. This style works the connective tissue, providing lasting structural change in your body. We pair our Yin Yoga class with power of a Sound Bath.
Sound baths bring you the soothing sounds of the gong and quartz crystal singing bowls. Singing bowls have been used since at least 560 B.C. to help aid in meditation. When played these instruments produce a rich blend of harmonic overtones that are deeply compelling and help bring about deep relaxation. People often report having transformational realizations and feeling cleansed and renewed as a result of this type of meditation experience.
