We are so happy to be able to bring you our Community Programming for FREE. This includes classes in yoga and meditation for the entire family; interviews with artists, scientists, authors, musicians, and everyday people exploring what it means to be a Rebel Human; a children's show, and more! We hope to grow and expand this programming with your feedback and support.
This class invites all levels and the whole family to move and breathe together. It’s a fun way to interact and learn more about each other. Along with basic yoga, some episodes will explore partner poses and some very gentle weight sharing. Each class will have a short relaxation time, savasana, with the crystal singing bowls. It will air live from 1:00-1:30, with the intention of preparing everyone for a nap. At the end of class, the whole family can stay on the floor under a blanket and take a siesta.
Ms Arrington's Atelier
Ms. Arrington will help kids release pent up energy through play and different schools of movement. She will also teach them self-calming techniques, and explore challenging feelings and circumstances. Each episode will be guided by a theme. The Atelier gets regular visits from whimsical characters played by child actors that help explore the episode’s theme.
Join Tait Medina, Ph.D as she dons her sociology hat and explores what it means to be a Rebel Human. She interviews artists, authors, musicians, scientists, and everyday people about what it really means to push back against the norms that are numbing us out, cutting us off, and making us sick and sad, and the role we can all play in working toward a more equitable and peaceful world.
Join Jenny Arrington and Tait Medina as they "let down their buns" and dive into the stories behind building Rebel Human, their fast-growing educational community. Each episode weaves narratives from their own lives and the challenges of building the company with the theme that was explored in that morning's live class. This gives you a peek behind the scenes of the TV studio, while J&T discuss themes such as fear, anxiety, sadness, power, fulfillment, addiction, and more.
